AUO Corporation ("AUO" or the "Company") (TAIEX: 2409; NYSE: AUO) today announced its unaudited consolidated revenue of NT$34.80 billion for March 2015, up by 22.7% month-over-month and 2.3% year-over-year. Consolidated revenues in the first quarter of 2015 were NT$95.30 billion, down by 9.6% from the previous quarter and up by 1.6% year-over-year.

Shipments of large-sized panels(1) for LCD TV, desktop monitor, notebook PC, and other applications exceeded 9.12 million units in March 2015, up by 12.9% from the previous month. As for small-and-medium-sized panels, the shipments were around 15.77 million units, up by 19.2% month-over-month.

In the first quarter of 2015, large-sized panel shipments totaled 26.80 million units, down by 8.9% quarter-over-quarter and 8.2% year-over-year. Shipments of small-and-medium-sized panels in the same quarter were around 42.65 million units, roughly flat compared with the fourth quarter of 2014, and up by 27.4% year-over-year.
