      AUO establishes a joint research center with the National Taipei University of Technology to cultivate a new generation of high-level talents

      In the future, this joint research center will focus on intelligent manufacturing, intelligent energy saving and automation technology.

      There are currently more than 30 industry-academia cooperative cases between AUO and NTUT. For example, we have utilized intelligent technologies such as AI and 5G to optimize the air conditioning system in our Longtan fabrication plant, to achieve energy and carbon reduction effects.

      The latest research achievements of the two teams include the fully automatic cleaning robot and the mechanical arm exhibited today.

      We anticipate cultivating more professional talents to lead Taiwan’s new chapter in intelligent manufacturing through industry-academy cooperation with cutting-edge technology developments.
